Becoming a Superfab Host: Your Path to Hosting Excellence
At Pridebnb, we celebrate excellence in hosting through our Superfab program. Superfab are our top-performing hosts, and their listings rank higher to highlight their exceptional status. Being a Superfab host not only boosts your visibility but also signifies your exceptional hosting performance. In this article, we'll explain how the Superfab program works, its requirements, and the benefits it brings to your hosting journey.

How Superfab Works
Every six months, we evaluate your hosting performance over the past 12 months for all your listings. Each assessment is a 5-day period starting on January 1st and July 1st. If you meet the program requirements by the assessment date, you'll automatically become a Superfab without needing to apply.
We'll notify you of your Superfab status and you will have the chance to be featured on our social platforms.
Requirements
To qualify as a Superfab, you must be a listing owner with an account in good standing and meet the following criteria:
- Completed at least 10 trips or 3 reservations totaling at least 50 nights.
- Maintained a cancellation rate of less than 1%, except for cases falling under our Exceptional Circumstances policy.
- During any qualifying period, at least 90% of your reviews must be four stars or higher. A review counts towards Superfab status when either both the guest and the host have submitted a review or when the 7-day review window has passed, whichever comes first.
By meeting these criteria, you'll achieve Superfab status and enjoy the recognition of being an outstanding host. Remember to strive for excellence and provide unforgettable experiences for your guests. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
