Enhancing Trust and Transparency through Reviews
At Pridebnb, we believe in the power of reviews to create social proof and transparency within our marketplace. Reviews play a vital role in helping both guests and Hosts make informed decisions and foster trust in the community. Here's everything you need to know about reviews on Pridebnb:
Rating and content
Reviews on Pridebnb consist of a rating scale from 1 to 5, along with optional text content. This allows users to provide feedback and share their experiences.
Guest reviews
Guests are encouraged to review the specific listing they booked. This helps future guests make informed choices based on the quality of the experience and the outcome of the transaction. Guest reviews provide valuable insights into the listing's accuracy, cleanliness, amenities, and overall satisfaction.
Host reviews
Hosts have the opportunity to review their guests directly. Guest reviews are particularly important in booking-related marketplaces, especially when guests interact with the Host directly or utilize valuable resources such as apartments or cars. Hosts can share their experience and provide feedback on the guest's behavior, communication, and adherence to house rules.
Review process
Pridebnb follows a blind review process by default. This means that reviews are only published once both parties have submitted their reviews or after the review period has ended. This ensures a fair and unbiased system that increases the likelihood of honest and authentic reviews.
Reviews are essential for building trust within the Pridebnb community. Host reviews help guests choose well-rated listings, while guest reviews encourage Hosts to welcome well-rated guests. By providing honest feedback and ratings, users contribute to the transparency and reliability of our marketplace.
We encourage all members of the Pridebnb community to actively participate in the review process to create a trusted and vibrant ecosystem. Your feedback helps us maintain high standards and ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
Leaving a Review
To leave a review on Pridebnb, follow these steps:
-
After your stay, you will receive an email from Pridebnb asking you to leave a review for your most recent host or guest.
-
Open the email and look for the message marked "Waiting for your review." Click on it to proceed.
-
This will take you to the Inbox.
-
If you were hosting, click "As a host" page. If you were visiting, click "As a guest". There you can share how your reservation went with other community members.
-
Click on the message marked "Waiting for your review", and press on the "Leave a review" button.
-
You will be prompted to rate your experience. Choose the appropriate rating that reflects your experience as a guest, or as a host.
-
Next, you will have the opportunity to describe your experience. You can provide details about what you liked or didn't like, any issues you encountered, and any other relevant information.
Once you have finished writing your review, click on the "Publish review" button.
Remember that reviews are typically posted after both parties (host and guest) have submitted their reviews, or if the 7-day period for review submission has ended, whichever comes first. If a host cancels a reservation before the day of check-in, neither the host nor the guest will be able to leave a review for the stay.
